the knights, queens and princes also represent sets of three decans
each, not quite congruent with the signs (taking one decan from one
and two from the next or possibly the other way around). in
divination, this is how you choose the significator: the querent's
ascendant or sun should be in the section of the zodiac described by
the card you choose.
